Through REACH's drought-resilient crop initiative, families that once faced food insecurity for 6 months of the year are now harvesting surplus crops and building grain reserves for the first time in a generation.
The latest R.I.S.E. cohort completed intensive training across data, design, and e-commerce — 60% already placed in paid employment within 90 days of graduation.
